Join Woman Meets Word for four intentional days in Joshua Tree as we disconnect from the distractions of everyday life and reconnect with the voice of God. Throughout Scripture, God often met His people in the wilderness—not as punishment, but as preparation. Moses, Elijah, John the Baptist, and even Jesus experienced seasons of solitude before stepping into what God had next. This retreat invites you into that same rhythm.

Surrounded by breathtaking desert landscapes, we'll spend our days studying Scripture, worshiping beneath the stars, hiking through God's creation, sharing honest conversations around the table, praying together, and making room for God to restore, refine, and renew us.

Workshop-Only Pass

October 10–11, 2026

Time: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Daily)

The Workshop-Only Pass is designed for women who desire to experience the heart of the Woman Meets Word retreat through powerful biblical teaching, worship, community, and intentional spiritual growth—without overnight accommodations.

This option is perfect for local Southern California women or those who prefer to arrange their own lodging while still participating in the retreat experience.

Your Pass Includes

• Two-day access to the Woman Meets Word retreat experience (October 10 & 11)
• Christ-centered workshops and biblical teachings
• Guided prayer and reflection sessions
• Small group discussions
• Journaling experiences
• Worship sessions
• Access to the luxury retreat property during programming hours
  
• Coffee, light refreshments, and snacks
• Official Woman Meets Word retreat robe
• Retreat workbook and materials
• Access to the private retreat GroupMe before and during the event

Please Note

The Workshop-Only Pass does not include:

• Overnight accommodations
• Access on October 9 (Welcome Night) or October 12 (Departure Day)
• Breakfast or dinner
• Evening worship experiences, bonfire gatherings, or late-night fellowship
  

The retreat property's exact address will be shared with registered guests approximately one week before the retreat for privacy and security.

Workshop Pass Investment: $700

All registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Travel Information

Please review the travel information below before booking your flight.

Recommended Airports

We recommend flying into one of the following airports:

✈️ Palm Springs International Airport (PSP) (Preferred)

• Approximately 45–60 minutes from the retreat home.
• Closest and most convenient airport.

✈️ Ontario International Airport (ONT)

• Approximately 1.5–2 hours from Joshua Tree.

✈️ Los Angeles International Airport (LAX)

• Approximately 2.5–3 hours from Joshua Tree.
• Best option for guests looking for more flight availability or lower airfare.

Ground Transportation

After arriving, guests are responsible for transportation to the retreat property.

Transportation options include:

• Rental Car
• Uber/Lyft (recommended from Palm Springs)
• Taxi or private shuttle service
• Coordinating rides with other retreat attendees through our private GroupMe

Many of our sisters choose to carpool together after connecting in the retreat group chat! 

Arrival

We recommend arriving at your airport no later than 2:00 PM on check-in day to allow enough time for travel to Joshua Tree and a relaxed arrival.

Official check-in details and the property address will be provided in your confirmation itinerary.

Departure

Please schedule your departing flight after 12:00 PM on checkout day to allow enough time for breakfast, closing prayer, and transportation back to the airport.

Driving

If you're driving from Southern California, free parking will be available at the retreat property.

Before Booking Flights

Please wait until you receive your official registration confirmation before purchasing non-refundable airfare.

Next Steps

1. Complete Your Registration

Submit your registration form and your deposit or full payment to reserve your spot. Your registration is not confirmed until both have been received.

2. Confirmation Email

Within 24–72 hours, you'll receive an official confirmation email from the Woman Meets Word team. This email will include:

• Your registration confirmation
• Payment confirmation
• Retreat itinerary
• Travel information
• Packing recommendations
• Important retreat details
• Upcoming deadlines and reminders

3. Join the Private Retreat Group Chat

Once your registration is confirmed, you'll be added to our private retreat group chat. This is where you'll connect with the other women attending, receive important updates, ask questions, and begin building community before we arrive in Joshua Tree.

4. Check Your Email

To ensure you don't miss any important updates:
