Woman Meets Word was created from a simple yet powerful desire: to create space for women to meet God intentionally and walk out His Word together.
In a world that often rushes healing, growth, and faith, this sisterhood exists to slow things down—making room for prayer, reflection, obedience, and becoming.
Woman Meets Word was created to answer a very real question many women quietly carry: How do I live for God while still existing in the world I’ve been placed in?
Jesus prayed in John 17:14–16,
“I have given them Your word, and the world has hated them because they are not of the world, just as I am not of the world. My prayer is not that You take them out of the world but that You protect them from the evil one.”
This scripture is foundational to who we are. Woman Meets Word is rooted in the truth that we are called to live in the world, but not of it—to work, travel, build, create, rest, and pursue purpose without compromising our faith.
The name Woman Meets Word is a subtle play on Boy Meets World, but with intentional meaning. Where the world teaches us how to adapt, perform, and survive, Woman Meets Word teaches women how to anchor themselves in Scripture while navigating modern life. This is where womanhood meets the Word of God—where identity is shaped by truth, not trends.
Our mission is simple but sacred: to disciple women through prayer, Scripture, and community, equipping them to live obedient, intentional lives rooted in Christ.
