Surrounded by turquoise waters, white-sand beaches, and the peaceful rhythm of island life, you'll spend your days immersed in Scripture, worship, meaningful conversations, unforgettable excursions, and intentional moments of rest.

Our retreat will be hosted at Zanziblue Waves Resort, a luxury beachfront resort located along Zanzibar's peaceful northeastern coastline.

BEFORE YOU BOOK

International Travel Planning

Because Zanzibar is an international destination requiring multiple flight connections for many travelers, we strongly encourage guests to begin travel planning early.

Guests Traveling from the United States & Canada

Most guests traveling from North America should plan to depart on Tuesday, December 8, 2026.

Most international itineraries require 20–30+ hours of total travel time, depending on your departure city, airline, and layovers.

Many guests will arrive in Zanzibar on Wednesday, December 9, one day before the retreat officially begins.

We highly recommend arriving one day early and booking an additional night at Zanziblue Waves Resort or a nearby hotel.

Arriving early allows you to:

• Recover from international travel

• Adjust to the time difference

• Enjoy a slower, stress-free arrival

• Rest before retreat programming begins

• Wake up refreshed for Welcome Day

Although guests may arrive on December 10 before check-in, we believe beginning your retreat well-rested creates the best possible experience.

Because of the international nature of this experience, we strongly encourage guests to register early to allow ample time for flight planning, travel documents, and securing the best airfare.

All retreat registrations are non-refundable.

Minor adjustments to accommodations, itinerary, excursions, dining locations, or retreat programming may occur due to weather, vendor availability, or local operating conditions. Any modifications will be made with the intention of providing an experience of equal or greater value.
